Cheap trial turns monthly; refunds hard
User verdicts
User verdicts · independent of our own tests aboveI bought a membership to get a presentation PPT and script, but the content kept missing the point, and several regenerations didn't fix it. When I asked for a refund, support said the AI benefits were already used, so no refund. I regenerated just to get something usable, and that became the reason I couldn't get a refund.
I paid ¥0.9 for a 7-day trial, then two charges of 30 each trickled out; I never noticed the trial rolled into a monthly plan. Luckily I truly hadn't used the benefits for those two charges, and after I complained the 60 was refunded the original way.
I got no reminder before the renewal and only found out after I was charged. Support's reply said it plainly: I had already used the smart PPT benefit 8 times that month, so no refund.
