I paid ¥0.9 for a 7-day trial, then two charges of 30 each trickled out; I never noticed the trial rolled into a monthly plan. Luckily I truly hadn't used the benefits for those two charges, and after I complained the 60 was refunded the original way.

I got no reminder before the renewal and only found out after I was charged. Support's reply said it plainly: I had already used the smart PPT benefit 8 times that month, so no refund.
