User verdicts
User verdicts · independent of our own tests aboveI'd just paid for a year of the AI subscription. I accidentally upgraded to Business once and switched back, and my unexpired AI subscription was canceled with it, no refund for that part. Paid for a year, used less than half.
In one-on-one meetings it often mixes people up and got who owns what completely backwards. Only after recording the same meeting with another tool did I find the owners in its notes were wrong.
After two years, at renewal I found the standalone AI add-on I'd bought was gone; to keep it I'd need Business, two hundred forty dollars a year. I did the math, not worth it, so I switched to something else.
Meeting notes really do save effort: transcripts, summaries and to-dos are all organized for you. But for an individual, twenty-odd dollars a month just for this one feature isn't great value.
The best part is that it knows my whole workspace. I can ask directly about what I've noted over the years and it answers, no shuffling between two apps.
I dropped in a teacher's slides, and within seconds it pulled all the text into the course page and auto-filled the property fields too. That assumes your database is already fairly well organized.
