AI PPT

It's enough for an ordinary course PPT for students, better than starting from a blank page. For a formal business presentation, it falls a bit short.

For infrequent jobs like monthly reports it saves effort; no fiddling with layout. But you must pay to really use it, and templates are flashy and dated, with little design sense.

The auto-matched images barely fit: a talk on land systems in the Spring and Autumn period got modern corporate office scenes. I ended up replacing the whole set by hand, page by page.

The page look and layout are quite pretty, but the logic of the outline and body is mediocre. The content isn't good enough to hand in; I still have to rewrite it.

The best part is the custom outline. I write my outline in Markdown elsewhere, paste the whole thing in and it generates directly, no typing items one by one.
