User verdicts · independent of our own tests aboveFinding things inside WeChat Official Accounts is its strength. Obscure, recent Chinese material I can't find anywhere else, it can dig up.
Read-aloud always has static, sometimes drowning out the text. Reinstalled, restarted, reported it several times; still unfixed after nearly two months.
Nice as a work journal; the layout looks like an e-book. Sadly you can only delete whole entries, not just my question while keeping the answer, so scrolling back is a screen full of my own typing.
Searching chat history does find things, but clicking in doesn't jump to the right passage, and share links can't save web pages. It broke the workflow I used for my study notes.
Fine for everyday searches, but it barely shows the search process. I can't tell which sources it used, so I'm never quite sure.
Smooth for web novels; the logic holds together from start to finish, and my stuff has built some readership on Fanqie. For deeper research I still have to switch tools.
